This is a working display of those guests that have Switch 1 'Turned On'.  

This switch is 'Turned On' (or 'Off') by clicking the Radio Button on the Master File Screen. This allows you to produce selected lists so that you can produce reports, labels, etc., etc.  

From this display, you can you can make your own special queries on the information or you can export (copy) the information directly into Excel or WORD or other formats for the purpose of sorting, specialized reporting, tailored summarizing, etc., etc.
